Gonzalo is geboren in Olite (Navarra) en werkt als technisch directeur bij Bodegas San Martín, een bodega die enkele van de mooiste garnacha’s produceert. Sinds 2004 maakt hij ook zijn eigen wijnen. Wijnen met een persoonlijk verhaal en authenticiteit. Soms zelfs ‘limited editions’, waardoor hij de mogelijkheid heeft om te experimenteren en nieuwe wijnen voort te brengen. Hij vertelt over Huracán Daniela, Cuvee: ‘’Nine years after the release of Huracán Daniela, as we did with “La Huella de Aitana” we decided to go a step further, this time we looked for a “guard” white wine, looking for the more mineral and “oxidative” profile of the Garnacha Blanca, and so, together with my daughter Daniela, who is in charge of the illustration on the label, maintaining the style but with a more evolved technique such as watercolor and splashing, we both took that step, together with my daughter Daniela, who is in charge of the illustration on the label, keeping the same style but with a more evolved technique such as watercolor and splashing, we both take that little step further, and put all our love in this bottle of wine in the purest artisan style.
